- The President (Mike) welcomes all members and guests to the
AGM. - The Secretary (Noel) gives the apologies for absence and
resignations and reads out the Minutes of last year’s AGM gets
them accepted and signs them. - The Secretary (Noel) reads out his report
In the absence of the Treasurer (Stephen Laws) Noel Stevenson
reads out his report confirming the fees for 2027 will remain
unaltered at £25.00. - The Outgoing President (Mike) presents the Badge of Office and
Chain to the new President (Noel Dilks) - The new President (Noel D) announces that the Captain for
2026/27 is Robin Down - The Secretary (Noel) advises that Stephen, Fin Godlington and
himself are preparedto carry on as Treasurer , Starter and
Secretary. - The Secretary (Noel) confirms the proposed golf meetings for
2026 - The President (Noel D) asks for Any Other Business and closes
the meeting.
